Pretty Missile

So, at my job, we get secret -hopped once a month. What is a “Secret Shopper” you ask???

Basically, a secret shopper is a person who is hired and sent into your shop to “test” out the workers of a company and make sure that they are operating at the highest capacity and efficiency to move the company forward.

For the line of work that I do, we have a whole list of things that we’re supposed to cover. I was only made aware by my peers AFTERWARD that the customer I was working with was most likely a “Secret Shopper“. Anyway, after the customer left, a leader pulled me aside and asked what I covered because she said that that last customer that I worked with looked and sounded like a secret shopper. I informed her of the list of things that I covered, as well as a few points that I didn’t get to touch on.
NOW, all I can think about is how I did on the maybe-secret shop encounter! I keep replaying what I did. What I could have done better. MAN. I wish they hadn’t told me that the person was a potential secret shopper because now, that’s all I can think about! AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
