Feeling The Effects Of Being Overweight

Hey Gang. As of lately, I haven’t been really watching what I eat. I give in to cravings, especially if I’m really hungry. It wasn’t THAT big of a deal before to me, but as of recently, I’m starting to feel the effects of being overweight. I can FEEL the weight, whereas before I couldn’t really feel the jiggle or the weight actually slowing me down when I’m doing things. I also bend over or bend down to do something, and my stomach gets in the way.

I’m not morbidly obese or anything. Just very heavy. I’m 5-feet tall and 150 lbs. For someone that is my height, that’s a lot of weight to be carrying around.

So. In short, I’m thinking that I need to start planning some kind of an exit-strategy from this condition. I am 25 and I feel like I’m 50. I feel like I could even possibly LOOK younger if I lose some weight.

So. Wish my luck! For, this is going to be a long-term goal that I’m aiming for. A very long, drawn-out, hard-earned, goal.

Whew. I’m sweating just thinking about this. A good start I suppose. Hahahaha

Anyway. Thank you all for listening. :p I think it’s easier for me to do this when I have someone to say it to.
